Email support+vhsfin@markdid.dev. Tell us your device, your Jellyfin version, and what happened. Please leave out passwords and server addresses.

Can't connect?

• Use your server's full address, including the port, for example http://192.168.1.20:8096.
• Make sure your phone can reach the server: same Wi-Fi, or your VPN is on.
• On iPhone, allow local network access when asked, or turn it on in Settings, then VHSFin.

A shelf looks empty?

VHS Only is on by default, so titles without sleeve art are hidden. Turn it off in the app's Settings to show everything.
